- To start your refund e-mail Please provide your Order Number in the subject. A return label will be sent to the e-mail used for the order.

We suggest returning the item with a tracking number.

- *Please note that we do not do exchanges*. It is easier and faster to just return the item to us and place a new order at your convenience.

How do I return an Item?

1. Pack the item in the original packaging and shipping box, if possible.
2. Print the pre-paid shipping label that you receive in your e-mail. (At this time we do not provide free returns from international orders.)
3. Drop it off at any USPS Post Office.

How long will it take for me to get a refund to my credit card?

- Once the product has been received and inspected, your credit will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card within 2-5 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
